General office duties as required Handle cash, checks, and credit card payments for customer sales Make phone calls to customers confirming delivery information Answer inbound telephone calls, assist customers with questions concerning delivery times and service issues or direct to appropriate person General office duties as assigned Must be able to work a retail schedule including weekends
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields Experience with Microsoft office suite Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be detailed oriented and good with numbers High School diploma BENEFITS FULL TIME EMPLOYEES:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
