Responsibilities:
Sales and Order Management:
Take orders, process payments, and send invoices.
Inventory Management:
Order inventory and schedule incoming orders to maintain stock levels and ensure timely deliveries.
Payroll:
Handle payroll tasks for the office, ensuring that employees are compensated accurately and on time.
Customer Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Data Management:
Utilize MS Excel to update and maintain spreadsheets as needed for inventory tracking and financial reporting.

Monday - Friday, 7:
