Follow check-in and check-out procedures for all guests Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data Take accurate credit card information and post payments Answer phone and book reservations Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner Works with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests' needs Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees Inspect rooms to ensure they are ready for our guests.
Maintain updated records of bookings and payments Complete any additional tasks directed by the General Manager or Supervisor.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
