Follow check-in and check-out procedures for all guests Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data Take accurate credit card information and post payments Answer phone and book reservations Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner Works with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests' needs Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees Setting up housekeeping task sheets for the housekeepers Inspect rooms to ensure they are ready for our guests.
Maintain updated records of bookings and payments Complete any additional tasks directed by the General Manager or Supervisor.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests.
Your warm demeanor, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail will contribute to creating a positive guest experience.
