The ideal candidate for our Operations Supervisor job is someone who has the ability to oversee day to day branch operations, yet able to be hands on and part of the team. This role is critical to ensuring the growth and development of the company.
Your job responsibilities as an Operations Supervisor would include:

  • Supervise logistics operations including customer service, freight loading and unloading, dispatch and proper documentation and procedure control
  • Dispatch crews for each job for each day and ensure workload is at its maximum
  • Directly supervise, and provide coaching/training for on-site staff
  • Ensure products are produced according to batch record instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Monitors operational status on all equipment/tools including calibration and certification, escalates as needed.
  • Keep management apprised of production activities, such as production efficiencies, production data, and capacity analysis
  • Maintain a working inventory of all goods (raw or finished) materials needed to ensure efficient production in all assigned areas of manufacturing
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree and 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Valid driver s license
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Must be flexible and adaptive to changing work requirements.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • High energy and able to energize staff
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays and evenings

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
