Talent Acquisition Specialist

The talent acquisition specialist proactively identifies pertinent data in a variety of mediums including websites, job boards, social media, local area resources, databases, and resumes in order to implement talent acquisition campaigns strategically designed to secure specialized STEM professionals.   Talent Acquisition Specialists are Trained to:   Develop, implement and evaluate effective strategies and processes to attract, qualify, and secure highly sought after STEM professionals   Create innovative and proactive marketing and networking strategies to attract high quality active and passive candidates   Engage talent communities with a focus on developing strong leadership networks and business partnerships within niche industries.   Contribute to an organization's brand development in support of talent acquisition strategies and company growth   Liaise with Executive Leaders, Hiring Managers, HR Directors, Decision Influencers and Corporate representatives on talent acquisition strategies, hiring needs, expansion plans, training programs, benefit packages, offer letter drafting, compensation analysis, competitive intelligence and more.   Requires:   Ability to build trust and conduct oneself as a business professional at all times   Internal drive to accomplish self created goals   Situational awareness and general understanding of how to influence people   Enjoy your nights and weekends off and earn excellent compensation including tuition reimbursement, 401(k) with matching plan, annual raises, and more. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
